My art is inspired by the reconquest of oneself.
In a world where everything goes by at high speed, art allows and arouses introspection.
Who am I ?
Existential question whose answer evolves over the course of life. Response, oh so marked by our experiences, our experiences.
We are the fruit of our life, of what it contains: wounds, personal achievements, culture, ... we are a Whole composed of singular paradoxes.
A heterogeneous but harmonious whole taken as a whole.
My painting wants to be expressive, full of bright colors, complementary because opposed. It challenges the notion of singularity and that of beauty.
More generally on this notion that is dear to me of resilience with a lot of sweetness, poetry and modesty.
It wants to be a hymn to life, to hope and to love. Self-love to better be in the love of the other.
Déborah Lemaître obtained a literary baccalaureate with an art option. She turned to legal studies. Lawyers for 3 years, she wanted to return to her first love.
On the strength of a life experience abroad where she worked as a volunteer painter for an association helping refugees, she expresses her colorful painting in order to transmit a vision of life centered on resilience and strength to live.
Today, as an artist-painter, she wishes to share her world with you.
